Scope note: Aumento de la liquidez o disminución de la consistencia de las HECES que se evacuan como un chorro. La consistencia fecal depende más de la relación entre la capacidad de retención de agua por los productos sólidos insolubles y la cantidad total de agua que de la cantidad de agua presente. La diarrea no es una hiperdefecación ni tampoco el aumento del peso de las heces.
