Scope note: Trastorno del tejido adiposo caracterizado por agrandamiento bilateral y simétrico de los miembros inferiores debido a depósito anormal de GRASA SUBCUTÁNEA, frecuentemente en mujeres obesas. Se asocia a HEMATOMAS y dolor y puede progresar a LINFEDEMA secundario en cuyo caso se denomina lipolinfedema.
