Scope note: Enfermedad parenquimatosa pulmonar difusa producida por acumulación de CARBONO o polvo de carbón. La enfermedad puede progresar desde ser asintomática a la fibrosis pulmonar masiva. Esta lesión pulmonar generalmente se produce en los MINEROS del carbón pero puede observarse en los habitantes de las ciudades y en los fumadores.
