Scope note: Determinación de los títulos de infección-bloqueo de ANTISUEROS que se realiza probando una serie de diluciones hasta una determinada variable de valoración de la interacción virus-antisuero, que generalmente es la dilución con la cual los cultivos de tejidos inoculados con la mezcla suero-virus demuestran efecto citopático (ECP) o la dilución a la cual el 50 por ciento de los animales de laboratorio inyectados con mezclas de suero-virus muestran infectividad (DI50) o mueren (DL50).
