Scope note: Factores proteicos liberados por linfocitos sensibilizados (y posiblemente por otras células) que inhiben, lejos de su sitio de liberación, el movimiento de los LEUCOCITOS, especialmente de las células polimorfonucleares. Se utilizan las pruebas de estos factores para evaluar la inmunidad celular. Dos de los ensayos más comunes son la TÉCNICA DE MIGRACIÓN LEUCOCITARIA EN TUBO CAPILAR (MLTC) y la TÉCNICA DE MIGRACIÓN LEUCOCITARIA EN AGAROSA (MLA).
