Los seis géneros son: Euoticus (gálagos elegantes), GALAGO, Galagoides (gálagos enanos), Otolemur (gálagos mayores), Paragalago y Sciurocheirus (gálagos ardilla). Todos son principalmente arbóreos y nocturnos.
