Scope note: Defecto al nacimiento debido a malformación de la URETRA en el que el orificio uretral se encuentra por debajo de su localización normal. En el varón, la uretra malformada se abre en la superficie ventral del PENE o en el PERINEO. En la hembra, el orificio uretral malformado se abre en la VAGINA.
