Nota de escopo: Lesiones cutáneas debidas a la infección por Treponema pallidum. En la etapa primaria, 18-21 días después de la infección, aparecen uno o más chancros. Si no se instaura tratamiento, aparecen las etapas posteriores de la enfermedad como sifílides. Estas erupciones son roseolas maculares superficiales, no destructivas, exantemáticas, transitorias, que posteriormente pueden ser maculopapulares, polimorfopapulares, o escamosas, pustulares y pigmentadas.
