Nota de alcance: Manifestación severa de ROSÁCEA que produce gran crecimiento de la nariz y que se da principalmente en hombres. Se origina por hipertrofia de las glándulas sebáceas y del tejido conectivo que lo rodea. La nariz está enrojecida y marcada con numerosas telangiectasias.
