Los aneurismas repletos de sangre son peligrosos porque pueden estallar. Los aneurismas fibrosos interfieren en la función cardiaca por pérdida de la contractilidad. Un aneurisma verdadero está limitado por la pared vascular o pared cardiaca. Falsos aneurismas son HEMATOMAS causados por rotura miocárdica.

Fibrous aneurysms interfere with the heart function through the loss of contractility. True aneurysm is bound by the vessel wall or cardiac wall. False aneurysms are HEMATOMA caused by myocardial rupture.
