Note d'application:	Mezcla de las enzimas estreptoquinasa y estreptodornasa producidas por estreptococos hemolíticos. Se emplea tópicamente en las lesiones superficiales y por instilación en cavidades corporales cerradas para eliminar coágulos sanguíneos o acumulaciones fibrinosas o purulentas; también se utiliza como antígeno en pruebas cutáneas para evaluar la inmunodeficiencia generalizada de tipo celular. Note d'application:

A mixture of the enzymes (streptokinase and streptodornase) produced by hemolytic streptococci. It is used topically on surface lesions and by instillation in closed body cavities to remove clotted blood or fibrinous or purulent accumulations. It is also used as a skin test antigen in evaluating generalized cell-mediated immunodeficiency. (Dorland, 27th ed) EC 3.-.
