Note d'application: Reacción cutánea evanescente que se produce cuando se inyectan anticuerpos en un área local de la piel y la inyección intravenosa posterior de un antígeno con un colorante. El colorante hace fácilmente visible la dilatación capilar y el incremento de la permeabilidad capilar en el sitio de reacción. La ACP es una reacción sensible para detectar cantidades muy pequeñas de anticuerpos y también es un método para estudiar los mecanismos de la hipersensibilidad inmediata.

Note d'application: An evanescent cutaneous reaction occurring when antibody is injected into a local area on the skin and antigen is subsequently injected intravenously along with a dye. The dye makes the rapidly occurring capillary dilatation and increased vascular permeability readily visible by leakage into the reaction site. PCA is a sensitive reaction for detecting very small quantities of antibodies and is also a method for studying the mechanisms of immediate hypersensitivity.
