Note d'application: Prueba para detectar antígenos tisulares, basada en un método directo, por conjugación de anticuerpos con colorantes fluorescentes (TÉCNICA DE ANTICUERPOS FLUORESCENTES DIRECTA) o en un método indirecto, por la formación de complejos antígeno-anticuerpo que posteriormente se marcan con un anticuerpo antiinmunoglobulina marcado con fluoresceína (TÉCNICA DE ANTICUERPOS FLUORESCENTES INDIRECTA). A continuación el tejido se examina en un microscopio de fluorescencia.

Note d'application: Test for tissue antigen using either a direct method, by conjugation of antibody with fluorescent dye (FLUORESCENT ANTIBODY TECHNIQUE, DIRECT) or an indirect method, by formation of antigen-antibody complex which is then labeled with fluorescein-conjugated anti-immunoglobulin antibody (FLUORESCENT ANTIBODY TECHNIQUE, INDIRECT). The tissue is then examined by fluorescence microscopy.
