Note d'application:	Infección por helmintos del género ANISAKIS. La infección humana se debe al consumo de pescado que contiene las larvas de estos parásitos. Los gusanos pueden causar NÁUSEA aguda, VÓMITOS, o penetrar en la pared del TRACTO GASTROINTESTINAL, donde dan lugar a un GRANULOMA EOSINÓFILO en el ESTÓMAGO, en INTESTINOS o en el EPIPLÓN.

Infection with roundworms of the genus ANISAKIS. Human infection results from the consumption of fish harboring roundworm larvae. The worms may cause acute NAUSEA; VOMITING; or penetrate into the wall of the DIGESTIVE TRACT where they give rise to EOSINOPHILIC GRANULOMA in the STOMACH; INTESTINES; or the OMENTUM.
