Note d'application: Agrandamiento del CORAZÓN, por lo general indicada por un cociente cardiotorácico superior a 0,50. Puede afectar al corazón derecho, izquierdo o a ambos VENTRÍCULOS CARDIACOS o AURÍCULAS CARDIACAS. La cardiomegalia es un sígno inespecífico observado en pacientes con insuficiencia cardiaca sistólica crónica (INSUFICIENCIA CARDIACA) o en varias formas de MIOCARDIOPATÍAS.
