Teoría psicológica basada en las dimensiones o categorías utilizadas por una persona dada en describir o explicar la personalidad y la conducta de otros o de sí misma. La idea básica es que personas diferentes utilizan categorías diferentes de modo constante. La teoría fue formulada en los años 50 por George Kelly. A psychological theory based on dimensions or categories used by a given person in describing or explaining the personality and behavior of others or of himself. The basic idea is that different people will use consistently different categories. The theory was formulated in the fifties by George Kelly.
