Note d'application: Isoforma de 140 kDa del NCAM (neural cell adhesion molecule), que contiene un dominio transmembrana y un corto tallo citoplasmático. Se expresan en todos los linfocitos que median en la citotoxicidad restrictiva no-MHC y está presente en algunos tejidos neurales y en tumores.
