Note d'application: Moléculas de transporte nucleocitoplasmáticas que se unen a las SEÑALES DE LOCALIZACION NUCLEAR de las moléculas del citoplasma que deben ser importadas al NÚCLEO CELULAR. Una vez acopladas a su transporte, se unen a las BETA CARIOFERINAS y son trasportadas a través del COMPLEJO DE POROS NUCLEAR. Ya en el interior del NUCLEO CELULAR, las alfa carioferinas se disocian de las beta carioferinas y su transporte. Seguidamente forman un complejo con la PROTEÍNA DE SUSCEPTIBILIDAD DE APOPTOSIS CELULAR y la PROTEÍNA DE UNIÓN GTP RAN, que son exportadas al CITOPLASMA.

Note d'application: Nucleocytoplasmic transport molecules that bind to the NUCLEAR LOCALIZATION SIGNALS of cytoplasmic molecules destined to be imported into the CELL NUCLEUS. Once attached to their cargo they bind to BETA KARYOPHERINS and are transported through the NUCLEAR PORE COMPLEX. Inside the CELL NUCLEUS alpha karyopherins dissociate from beta karypherins and their cargo. They then form a complex with CELLULAR APOPTOSIS SUSCEPTIBILITY PROTEIN and RAN GTP-BINDING PROTEIN which is exported to the CYTOPLASM.
