Note d'application: Proteína plasmática de 44 kDa muy glicosilada que se une a fosfolípidos que incluyen CARDIOLIPINA, RECEPTOR DE APOLIPOPROTEÍNA E, fosfolípidos membranarios y otros grupos que contienen fosfolípidos aniónicos. Desempeña un papel en la coagulación y procesos apoptósicos. Conocida antiguamente como apolipoproteína H, es un autoantígeno en pacientes con ANTICUERPOS ANTIFOSFOLÍPIDOS.

Note d'application: A 44-kDa highly glycosylated plasma protein that binds phospholipids including CARDIOLIPIN; APOLIPOPROTEIN E RECEPTOR; membrane phospholipids, and other anionic phospholipid-containing moieties. It plays a role in coagulation and apoptotic processes. Formerly known as apolipoprotein H, it is an autoantigen in patients with ANTIPHOSPHOLIPID ANTIBODIES.
