Scope note: Variedad muy poco frecuente de leucemia mieloide aguda, con diferenciación a BASÓFILOS. Se caracteriza por la presencia de un extremo incremento de células inmaduras con granulación basófila, en la sangre y en la médula ósea. Generalmente los basófilos maduros son escasos.
