Bajo el acuerdo de las Asociaciones de Práctica Independiente (IPA, sigla en inglés), los profesionales prestan servicios a través de la entidad, en concordancia con un acuerdo de compensación mutuamente aceptado, al tiempo que mantienen sus consultas privadas.
