Scope note: Depleción reproducible de linfocitos CD4+ por debajo de 300 por milímetro cúbico en ausencia de infección por VIH o de otra causa conocida de inmunodeficiencia. Este es un síndrome heterogéneo y raro y no parece ser producido por un agente transmisible.
