Scope note: Afección caracterizada por la presencia de un patrón reticular en la piel de las extremidades inferiores y otras partes del cuerpo. Este patrón, en azul y rojo, es debido a la presencia de sangre desoxigenada en los inestables vasos sanguíneos de la dermis. El patrón se intensifica con la exposición al frío y mejora con el recalentamiento.
