Scope note: Factor estimulante de las colonias de granulocitos recombinante que se usa para tratar o prevenir la NEUTROPENIA en pacientes que reciben quimioterapia antineoplásica mielosupresora, para la preparación y recogida de células progenitoras sanguíneas en el TRASPLANTE DE CÉLULAS MADRE DE SANGRE PERIFÉRICA y en el tratamiento de la neutropenia congénita grave. Los componentes 1 y 2 se diferencian por la ausencia o presencia de Neu5Ac en enlace 2-6 con la cadena lateral GalNAc.
