Scope note: Enfermedad degenerativa del tejido dérmico conectivo que se caracteriza por desarrollo de pápulas o nódulos eritematosos en el área pretibial. Las pápulas forman placas cubiertas con vasos telangiectásicos. Más de la mitad de los pacientes afectados son diabéticos.
