Note d'application: ANCLA MEMBRANARIA DE GLICOINOSITOL FOSFOLÍPIDO que contiene efrina y se encuentra en una variedad de tejidos adultos tales como RIÑÓN, PULMÓN, COLON y OVARIO. Durante el desarrollo embrionario la efrina A4 se expresa en el HIPOCAMPO y en la CORTEZA CEREBRAL. Se une preferencialmente a los receptores ephA (RECEPTORES DE LA FAMILIA EPH) con la excepción del RECEPTOR EPHA1.

Note d'application: A GLYCOINOSITOL PHOSPHOLIPID MEMBRANE ANCHOR containing ephrin found in variety of adult tissue such as KIDNEY; LUNG; COLON and OVARY. During embryonic development, ephrin-A4 is expressed in the HIPPOCAMPUS and CEREBRAL CORTEX. It binds preferentially to ephA receptors (EPH FAMILY RECEPTORS) with the exception of the EPHA1 RECEPTOR.
