Note d'application: Pequeña glucoproteína ligada a GPI que se expresa en la superficie de los LINFOCITOS B, LINFOCITOS T, MONOCITOS, MACRÓFAGOS, CÉLULAS NK y GRANULOCITOS normales y malignos. Se expresa ampliamente y sin modulación en muchas neoplasias malignas de linfocitos T y es por tanto un objetivo para los tratamientos con anticuerpos (p. ej., ALEMTUZUMAB).

It is expressed densely and without modulation in many malignant T-cell neoplasms and therefore a target for antibody therapies (e.g., ALEMTUZUMAB).
