Note d'application:	Trastorno del tejido adiposo caracterizado por agrandamiento bilateral y simétrico de los miembros inferiores debido a depósito anormal de GRASA SUBCUTÁNEA, frecuentemente en mujeres obesas. Se asocia a HEMATOMAS y dolor y puede progresar a LINFEDEMA secundario en cuyo caso se denomina lipolinfedema.

Disorder of adipose tissue characterized by symmetric and bilateral enlargement of the lower extremities due to abnormal deposition of SUBCUTANEOUS FAT often in obese women. It is associated with HEMATOMA, pain and may progress to secondary LYMPHEDEMA which is known as lipolymphedema.
