Scope note: Técnica proyectiva centrada fundamentalmente en la dinámica de las relaciones interpersonales. Consiste en una serie de 31 figuras que representan diversas situaciones sociales y relaciones interpersonales. El examinador selecciona un conjunto de estas figuras y se las presenta al individuo, al que le solicita que cuente una historia sobre cada figura. Las historias son interpretadas en términos de las relaciones del individuo con figuras de autoridad, con personas contemporáneas de ambos sexos y en términos de acuerdo mutuo entre las demandas externas y las necesidades del ello, el ego y el superego.

A subset is selected by the examiner and presented to the subject who is asked to tell a story about each picture. The stories are interpreted in terms of the subject's relations to authority figures, to contemporaries of both sexes, and in terms of the compromises between external demands and the needs of the id, the ego, and the superego.
