Scope note: Cáncer o tumores del URÉTER. La hematuria, que ocurre en el 75 por ciento de los pacientes con carcinoma ureteral, es el síntoma de presentación más frecuente. La localización más frecuente de los tumores ureterales es el tercio inferior del URÉTER, con menor incidencia en los dos tercios superiores.
