Scope note: Inyección intradérmica de una solución salina calentada (pasteurizada) de tejido sarcoideo obtenido de un bazo o ganglio linfático con sarcoidosis. En pacientes con sarcoidosis activa aparece, en el sito de inyección, un nódulo rojo oscuro de desarrollo lento en las semanas siguientes. El examen histológico, parte esencial de toda la prueba, revela tejido sarcoideo.
