Se obtiene esta INMUNOGLOBULINA G purificada bioquímicamente por la fusión de células de mieloma de ratón a linfocitos procedentes de animales inmunizados para producir hibridomas que segregan anticuerpos específicos a los antígenos T3 (CD3) de los linfocitos T humanos. Se emplea con frecuencia como AGENTE INMUNOSUPRESOR en TRASPLANTES.
