Scope note: Inflamación exantematosa leve, de etiología desconocida. Se caracteriza por la presencia de lesiones maculopapulares de color salmón. La característica más importante es que las lesiones se ordenan de forma que el eje mayor de las mismas es paralelo a las líneas de clivaje. Las erupciones suelen ser generalizadas, afectan fundamentalmente al tronco y su curso a menudo es autolimitado.

The most striking feature is the arrangement of the lesions such that the long axis is parallel to the lines of cleavage.
