Scope note: Síntomas abdominales tras la resección de la VESÍCULA BILIAR (COLECISTECTOMÍA). Los síntomas postoperatorios habituales frecuentemente son análogos a los que existían antes de la intervención, como dolor CÓLICO, gases, NÁUSEAS y VÓMITOS. Hay dolor a la palpación del cuadrante superior derecho y a veces ICTERICIA. Con frecuencia se usa este término inadecuadamente para describir estos síntomas postoperatorios no relacionados con la extirpación de la vesícula biliar.
