Scope note: Teoría psicológica basada en las dimensiones o categorías utilizadas por una persona dada en describir o explicar la personalidad y la conducta de otros o de sí misma. La idea básica es que personas diferentes utilizan categorías diferentes de modo constante. La teoría fue formulada en los años 50 por George Kelly. Dos pruebas ideadas por él son la prueba del repertorio de constructos de roles y la prueba del repertorio de parrilla. (Stuart Sutherland, The International Dictionary of Psychology, 1989)
