Scope note: Afección en la que el VENTRÍCULO DERECHO del corazón muestra dificultad funcional. Esta situación puede producir INSUFICIENCIA CARDÍACA, INFARTO DE MIOCARDIO y otras complicaciones cardiovasculares. El diagnóstico se realiza midiendo la disminución de la fracción de eyección y el nivel de disminución de movilidad de la pared del ventrículo derecho.
