Scope note: Ausencia del orificio entre la AURÍCULA DERECHA y el VENTRÍCULO DERECHO, con la presencia de un defecto auricular a cuyo través la totalidad del retorno venoso sistémico alcanza el corazón izquierdo. Como resultado, hay hipertrofia del ventrículo izquierdo (HIPERTROFIA VENTRICULAR IZQUIERDA) porque el ventriculo derecho está ausente o no es funcional.
