Comunica con el CUARTO VENTRÍCULO a través del ACUEDUCTO DE SILVIO, y con los VENTRÍCULOS LATERALES a través del foramen interventricular.

It communicates with the FOURTH VENTRICLE by the CEREBRAL AQUEDUCT, and with the LATERAL VENTRICLES by the interventricular foramina.
