Scope note: Técnica de resonancia magnética que incorpora la medida de la difusión molecular (agua o metabolitos) para la valoración tisular con RMN. El grado de movimiento molecular se mide por los cambios del coeficiente de difusión aparente (CDA) en el tiempo, reflejados por la microestructura tisular. La RM de difusión se ha utilizado en el estudio de la ISQUEMIA CEREBRAL y en la respuesta tumoral al tratamiento.
