Aproximadamente en el 90 por ciento de los casos existe una obstrucción litiásica del CONDUCTO CÍSTICO. Inflamación aguda de la pared de la VESÍCULA BILIAR. Se caracteriza por la presencia de DOLOR ABDOMINAL, FIEBRE y LEUCOCITOSIS. Aproximadamente en el 90 por ciento de los casos existe una obstrucción litiásica del CONDUCTO CÍSTICO.
