Scope note: Obstáculo al paso del contenido en el DUODENO. La obstrucción duodenal puede ser parcial o completa y estar causada por factores intrínsecos o extrínsecos. La obstrucción simple se asocia a disminución o detención del flujo del contenido luminal. La obstrucción por estrangulación se asocia a alteración del flujo sanguíneo duodenal junto a la del flujo del contenido.
