Scope note: Una forma de daño por isquemia-reperfusión que ocurre en el periodo inicial después de un trasplante. La principal causa de la disfunción son los importantes cambios fisiopatológicos que se producen en la MITOCONDRIA. Se observa más a menudo en el pulmón, hígado o riñón trasplantado y puede dar lugar a un RECHAZO DE INJERTO.
