Scope note: Complicación del embarazo en la que los vasos sanguíneos fetales, normalmente dentro del cordón umbilical, quedan desprotegidos y cruzan las MEMBRANAS FETALES. Se asocia con hemorragia antes del parto y MUERTE FETAL y alumbramiento de MORTINATOS, debidos a la pérdida de  sangre.
