Scope note: Subtipo del VIRUS DE LA GRIPE A que presenta las proteínas de superficie hemaglutinina 10 y neuraminidasa 7. Ha sido aislado de diversos animales salvajes y domésticos, incluyendo patos, emues y visones. Se aisló por primera vez en el hombre en el año 2004.
