Scope note: Condición en la que el ÚTERO se encuentra inclinado al revés hacia la comuna vertebral. El útero se encuentra generalmente en línea vertical o en posición antevertida (inclinado hacia delante). Aunque la retroversión del útero es una variante de posición normal sin síntomas, se asocia a veces a dolor, malestar y a otras complicaciones del embarazo.
