Scope note:	Estilbeno y polifenol no flavonoide producido por varias plantas, entre otras las uvas y los arándanos. Posee propiedades antioxidantes, antiinflamatorias, cardioprotectoras, antimutagénicas y anticarcinogénicas. También inhibe la agregación plaquetaria y la actividad de varias ADN-HELICASAS in vitro.

Scope note:

A stilbene and non-flavonoid polyphenol produced by various plants including grapes and blueberries. It has anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective, anti-mutagenic, and anti-carcinogenic properties. It also inhibits platelet aggregation and the activity of several DNA HELICASES in vitro.
