Scope note: Técnica que se usa para aislar compañeros de interacción específicos de complejos de SUSTANCIAS MACROMOLECULARES que se han ensamblado con un componente marcado (cebo) que interacciona con otros compañeros del complejo. El componente de cebo interactivo está marcado con una etiqueta de doble afinidad que permite capturar el complejo por INMUNOPRECIPITACIÓN, seguido de la purificación únicamente de los compañeros del complejo que interaccionan con el cebo mediante cromatografía de afinidad.
