Consiste en el bombeo de materiales poliméricos a temperaturas superiores a su temperatura de transición vítrea para mezclarlos en principios activos farmacéuticos con o sin aglutinantes, formándose así un producto amorfo con un aumento del perfil de disolución para los principios activos farmacéuticos.
