A diferencia de lo que ocurre en los trastornos de la conducta, en el trastorno de oposición desafiante las conductas generalmente no implican agresividad, destrucción, robo o engaño. A veces coexisten el trastorno de oposición desafiante, el TRASTORNO DE LA CONDUCTA y el TRASTORNO POR DÉFICIT DE ATENCIÓN CON HIPERACTIVIDAD.
