Scope note: Células creadas artificialmente mediante la fusión de linfocitos activados con células neoplásicas. Las células híbridas resultantes se clonan y producen anticuerpos puros o 'monoclonales', o productos de células T, idénticos a aquellos producidos por las células progenitoras inmunocompetentes. También crecen y se dividen continuamente como las células neoplásicas progenitoras.
